I hope that the fans are requesting because i just went to billboard and it's number 77 on the pop chart so its released with no promotion really....the peak was 74 so that means it went down ....we gotta get it up there...request the song on your radio stations

I heard the song for the first time today and i like it...i'm not sure if it should be a single for the simple fact that IMO Monica always comes out with hot singles and it seems that people just don't get it. Its almost like she's ahead of her time or people got their heads so far up beyonce's behind that they can't appreciate other music like Monica's. I hope that Monica follows her heart and comes out with the music that she wants to make. Whatever she chooses i'm sure her true fans will be right there buying the album. I love Monica's music nomatter what she speaks to my soul with her voice. Do what you want to do Monica...

Still Standing Should Be The Lead Single, It Is a In Depth Monica Song, And It Shows She's Going back to what made us love her. I really hope J Records makes this the first single, i saw the show. J Records dumb if they think this shouldn't be the lead single.

I think Still Standing is Monica's lead single, it says everything about her life but J records don't want to hear real issues being sung by a real artist, they don't care about Monica, and they don't treat her right, I think she should look for another label that will treat her with respect, she deserves to have control over her own projects. Ya know what yall? J Records must be delusional. Today's labels are so wrapped up in fakeness, booty bouncing and cash that they have lost sight of true artists. Lets not forget Monica was on TV singing and inspiring todays stars to want to sing. Amazing that they would try to conform her style into being more like theirs. What is the definition of music nowadays? Everytime someone comes with some CLASSIC realness they get pushed aside while no singing "singers" who sound like crap get constant radio play and Video Play. Im not hatin' but Lets be honest if there was no such thing as a Music Video artists like Ciara Ashanti and Rihanna wouldnt exist! Seriously the first time I heard Rihannas ~Umbrella ella ella~ song I thought it was a joke but they played it over and over then I got used to it. Then out of nowhere heres this video with her new wig and her in a short black skirt * INSTANT STARDOM* Is that what it's all based on?

Monica, I've been a fan since you came out. You have a voice that is truly a gift from God. You could sing the menu off of McDonalds and it would sound beautiful. I've watched your show, and your dedication to your family and fans just solidifies this even more. I don't know the ins and outs of the music industry and bearing witness to the creative process of making your new album brings to mind one question that you should ask yourself...what is it in me, in my heart, that I want to express musically this time around? I think, and of course like all opinions everyone has one, that this is the heart of the matter. Being a strong woman I'm sure you've already thought about this but it remains true: stay true to who Monica is and the rest will fall into place whether on this album or many others, which I hope there will be!

I love this track....f*** what J Records thinks. Some of the most real s*** I have heard in a long time. I agree you are the new diva! Maybe not new but now official in my opinion.
